Meet the Band

Leslie Nalley - Lead Vocals and Keys

Hey guys!  Thanks for clicking to learn a little bit more about AfterDark.  My name is Leslie Nalley.  I sing lead vocals and play keys for the band.  I've been singing and playing in public since around the age of 3. In addition to singing and playing keys, I also play a little guitar, a little ukulele and the trumpet.  I hold a bachelors degree in music education from Anderson University in South Carolina....go Trojans!  I'm also going back to school to get my degree in music therapy.  I'm originally from South Carolina, but I've been blessed to have called Ohio home for the past 12 years.  I've been married to my husband, John, for almost 3 years now.  I have 4 grown children and 6 grandchildren.  We reside in Willard with my youngest daughter, a grandson, a couple of dogs, a cat, and a bunch of chickens.  When I'm not playing music or taking care of our mini-farm,  I'm teaching music in Mansfield city schools or serving on the worship team at The Chapel in Norwalk.  If you have any questions, please drop me a line.  Hope to see you soon at one of our shows!
